A: Re-tooling Communities for the 21st Century
Recent
socio-demographic, economic, environmental, and cultural
transformations have brought about the need to rethink community
design. The need to design homes, neighbourhoods and towns
along sustainable principles is urgent.
Dr. Avi Friedman
of McGill University will point out these new emerging aspects, as
well as illustrate ways to conceive communities for the 21st
century. |
